FATHER'S DAY (with just a lil rambling, ok maybe alot rambling from ffiony!)

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY! (~^.^~)

How was your Father's Day?
Mine was relatively a simple home cooked affair :)
Before i go into that, I'll like to share on my daddy dearest which i call him 阿爸~


My 阿爸 and me really looks alike and people always tells me that i look like him alot :)
He's a very nice 阿爸 who's stern and strict with me in my home work in the younger days.
Now 阿爸 is always concern about me and he's there to help me or listen to me when i need him and his advice!


I think im a really lucky kid, i get to travel alot with my folks when i'm younger being the only child then ><
Now my 阿爸 and 阿妈 is getting older, i really hope that i can earn lots of $$ in the future to support them and bring them to see the world just like they had brought me when i was younger^^~
I think that this is the least that a child can do for his or her parents, to repay them many many times more than they had contributed to us <3


My 阿爸 and 阿妈 are really filial too and they set great examples!
They took care of my grandmother whose 90 yrs old now^^ and even brought her to her hometown 海南島 to see my grandpa's tomb and the relatives there.


*Side track, not that i want to say but my two aunts 
(one comes often now occasionally coz of her leg condition and the other appeared like once in a blue moon!!!!!!!!)
**How can esp the other one do that to her mother which my grandma misses her alot and often previous yrs tried to call her 
(another untold story but in short our 2 families are not on gd terms.)
***Initially she kept contact, then start to cut down then DISAPPEAR LIKE TOTALLY!!!!!!!!
****My poor grandma was so sad and i even saw her cry and my heart broke :(((((((
*****Terrible! I really think my cousins would do that back next time, i mean what kind of example is she showing her kids the way she treat her mother........


Alright enough of my ranting, back to my 海南島 :)
Which i went along too but there was so many of them that i can vaguely recall 
(the last time i went i was only 2-3 yrs old!)
There's really nothing much there, more like a nice peaceful simple island~


*Another sidetrack, i don't think we'll be back again -.-
**The tomb was originally on another better plot of land which my uncle_1.from.grandpa's.side informs that the China govt is reclaiming and has to be shifted
***We heard that the govt would compensate which my uncle quietly keep the $$ i suppose even though he say it's very little and he's spend on the new tomb place which was shabbily done and not as nice as when my folks went and do 20yrs ago....
****The govt even build a house beside the old one 
(shared by his father and my grandpa - which i think now it's his since my dad say how can we ask -.-)


*****Then again not all is lost, i had uncle_2.from.grandma's.side and although both were hospitable and treated us 3 meals throughout our 5 days stay (which is the seriously only gd thing of this trip)


******WORST, we paid EVERYTHING for a one day trip to go sight seeing (my folks want to go the 天涯海角 so we booked the van to bring us there - can you believe there no bus!?)
*******We invited uncle_1.from.grandpa's.side (single) and uncle_2.from.grandma's.side (married with children and grandchildren)
*******They came all of them w/o my cousin's wife and his 2nd child whose sick andd go see doc
********The fact that i'm really pissed is that this calafare came along, very thick skin lei
(she just show up with them w/o even like acknowledge or inform us she joining!!!!!!)
********* My folks say my uncle_2.from.grandma's.side must have like broadcast that they going sightseeing and this calafare must have asked to come along, WHICH SHOULDN'T SHE ASK US?!?!
**********The infuriating part is that the car 10 seater was actually just nice for us and my 2 relatives plus their family
***********She has to squeeze with us and super crammed and my uncle_2.from.grandma's.side wife got down say she don't go already, will go back cook and wait for us come back like WTF right :(
************All because of this 不要脸的女人！


*************I really think no offence but the driver and the tour guy very $$ suck blood
**************My folks paid for the van and still have to top up for the fuel which shouldn't they include?!?!!? This is like few hundreds total just for the whole thing to and fro ><><><
***************We paid for the tickets for everyone to this tribal village first, which nobody offered to pay at all or even to feel pai seh for us paying!!!!
(What is wrong with these ppl!??!?!!?)
****************And they brought us to this roadside restaurant which is like ex which again WE PAID -.-
(i don't know if they earn commission or not but my advice to people who want go, PLEASE BOOK A TOUR)
*****************To end it all with, lucky at this stage they had the decency to feel pai seh and ask us to go 天涯海角 w/o them :)))))
(Reason given, they don't see what's nice about having to go see a rock -.-)
Anyway to end it all with we took a big grp pic at the end and

 Oishi, i bought the flour long ago from this korean supermart at fep and forgotten about it -.-

we put in mushrooms, scaloops and spring onions if not how to call 海鲜葱饼^^~
